Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. If anyone is unable to give us 24 hours advance notice they will not be charged the first time. All appointments made after the first failure to give notice will be required to be prepaid in the full amount at the time of booking.

No-shows
Anyone who misses their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will not be charged for their “missed” appointment. All appointments made after will be required to be prepaid in the full amount at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals
If anyone arrives late, the session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow. Depending upon how late the client arrives, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, the client will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to the therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
