A typical full-body session will include work on your back, legs, arms, hands, head, neck, shoulders, and feet. 90- and 120- minute sessions are offered for full body sessions.
A partial body session will be discussed during intake to determine what areas will be focused on. 60- minute sessions are offered for partial body sessions.
